In 1993 at the age of 14, he moved from Poland to Chicago. Being already a member of the US National Team U16 & U18, in 1997 he signed with Fortuna Dusseldorf in Germany (2nd Bundesliga Team). Later on he also signed with 2 other professional teams in Poland (Odra Wodzislaw/1st Division/Poland) and in Germany (Rot-Weiss Erfurt/3rd Bundesliga/Germany). While playing and gaining experience in Europe he was called for the U18 & U20 US National Teams. At his last club Rot-Weiss Erfurt he got an injury which kept him from continuing playing at a high professional level. He’s been back in Chicago since and has been coaching with great success at different youth levels with various soccer clubs including SC Lightning, A.A.C Eagles, Arlington Aces, Elite Soccer, Schwaben.
After getting back from Germany he still continued to playing in the Metropolitan & National Leagues for following teams: A.A.C Eagles (2nd Place in the US), Chicago Pegasus, SAC Lightning (2nd Place in the US), Polonia Mielec, Hrvat Chicago, Schwaben, Winged Bull.

Coaching youth soccer in Chicagoland area as well as California since 1995. Head Coach for Varsity Boys & Sophomore Girls at Glenbard West High School (2001 – 2005).
Assistant Coach at Fresno State University (1998).
Coached at various youth soccer clubs including Clovis Soccer Club, Palatine Celtic, Schwaben, Eclipse & Chicago Eagles.
Former professional soccer player in Germany with FC Erzgebirge Aue (3rd Bundeliga) & Sportfreunde Siegen (3rd Bundesliga) also played at
Fresno State University, College of DuPage, Milwaukee Rampage, Modesto Cruisers & A.A.C Eagles.

Coached throughout the Chicagoland area for a number of clubs like Chicago Magic and NSA(Naperville Soccer Association) whom were nationally ranked during his affiliation with the club. Other youth clubs include Arlington Aces, Chicago Spurs and Lakefront Attack now know as Chicago city soccer club. His experience extends beyond the youth level coaching Robert Morris University (Chicago,IL) and Bridges FC which is a platform designed to provide collegiate and former professionals the opportunity to play professionally within the US and Europe.
Former semi-professional player in Germany, Poland and the US with FC Forst( Forst,Germany) Igloopol Debica(Debica,Poland) Chicago Fire PDL, Chicago Mustangs and New York Red Bull Reserves. Coach Matt also attended Loyola University Chicago where he played at the Division 1 level leading the Ramblers to their most historic season and first NCAA appearance.

JAKUB “KUBA” BLASZCZYKOWSKI
Jakub Blaszczykowski, also known by his Bundesliga shirt name Kuba, plays for Borussia Dortmund and the Poland’s National Team, usually as a right midfielder.
WISLA KRAKOW (Poland)
With Wisla he won the Polish title in his debut season 2004-2005, and they were runners-up the following season 2005-2006. Additionally he won “Football Oscar” for the best midfielder in the Polish top division.
Borussia Dortmund (Germany)
With Borussia he was a DFB – Pokal (German Cup) runner-up 2007-2008, a German Supercup winner in 2008.
In January 2009 he was voted the best Borussia Dortmund Player of the Year by the fans.
Recently in the 2010-2011 seasons he became a German Bundesliga champion as Borussia clinched the National Title.
POLAND’S MEN’S NATIONAL TEAM:
He’s been a captain of the Poland’s Men’s National Team since November 17th 2010 with 41 international caps and 4 goals.

Dr. Zemlinsky graduated from NUHS in 2002. Tony is a licensed Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician specializing in soft tissue mobilization and rehabilitation. He also is a master certified Burdenko specialist. Personal experience as an athlete helps him to develop individual speed, strength and conditioning programs for various sports based on an athlete’s goals as well as evaluate and treat various injuries. He uses water and land rehabilitation programs to allow faster recovery from trauma.
